Our money back guarantee promises you a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the distributed structure of our supply centers, high shipping costs and changing stock availability we will occasionally ship items separately so faster delivered items won't be delayed. Therefore, items will not necessarily be delivered together, even if ordered at the same time 

The missing items in your order should arrive soon. Sorry for the inconvenience or confusion this may cause but it is done only to avoid a long wait and to reduce shipping costs for you.

Items are being stored, shipped and fulfilled by different third party sourcing platform and warehouses and a result may arrive in different packages, branded or unbranded, including branding and/or instructions provided by our sourcing and fulfillment partners. Please note that your order packaging and branding may vary from one item to another. 


Please do not return any items before contacting us, and confirming the return address with us. The items must be returned to us in full. Please note that the cost of the original freight and return to the warehouse will not be reimbursed or refunded.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s for an exchange or refund is NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
(Note: We do understand some postage can be costly, we do not expect express returns. Standard postage is OK.)
Once the return package is sent, please email us a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping. Please note, we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once your returned parcel has been received by our warehouse, we will contact you to process the exchange or refund. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of your returned parcel for the items to be processed and checked by our team.

For Exchanges: We will send your new piece/s out and email you a tracking number. 
For refunds: We will issues refunds back via your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). Please note, that depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to clear back into your account. Please keep an eye out for email notifications from us, as we will keep you updated along the way.
